Dr. Michelle Hector II is a distinguished business instructor with a wealth of industry expertise. With an impressive 14-year track record in the financial sector, Michelle has excelled in investment banking, training, human resource management, and leadership roles overseeing teams of over 250 individuals. Her versatile background also includes over six years of experience leading high-performing teams in the technology industry.

In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Michelle has made significant contributions to the small business sector, where her influence played a pivotal role in supporting business owners in building robust infrastructures. Currently, she has transitioned into a professional coaching role, guiding executives across various industries to achieve their pinnacle of success.

Michelle’s commitment to education spans over a decade, having taught a variety of courses in the school of business for the past 13 years. At UC Berkeley, she is currently imparting her knowledge in courses such as Making Power Moves, Women in Business, Power and Influence, and Strategic Management Skills. Additionally, she teaches  at the University of San Francisco, School of Management where she teaches Building & Leading Teams, Managing Organizational Change, and Leadership and Communication.
